Solved Preview not working, a 404 Not Found error

I have a problem with error:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
"
If I send again the hosting cut conexion with my ip.
I checked with other forum (external domain) and have same problem
