Question Viewing Profile 500 Error.

Hi, I keep getting the internal server 500 error whenever I try to view my profile, I want to update profiles but keep getting error.

I've tried several browsers, computers and devices but still getting problems.

It is my guess that you are getting this error because of another Joomla extension you have installed on your website. It is my guess that this error is not caused by Kunena (unless, perhaps, you have modified the source code or unless, perhaps, you did not install Kunena correctly in the first place). I could be wrong, of course, but I am guessing.

I've just started to get another one:

Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 was exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php on line 162

The error was detected in the Libraries

Any ideas, only seems to happen when I click on one of the topics.,

you need to ask your hoster to run more memory and increase the max execution time.

hosting company said I need to change the htaccess file to allow the script more time to process??

Do-you have asked to your host to increase the memory limit because execution time will do nothing for that issue ?
What is the name of your host, maybe someone knows tips with it ?
