Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural changes that occurred in K 2.0, many of the ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

How can I remove the Image Link button? This seems to be another window for spammers to throw in links. I only want users to attach photos, not link to other websites photos. How can I remove this?

Please help.

You will need to modify the PHP source to remove the ability for users to use the BBcode [img] tag. If you cannot do this yourself then you will probably need to pay a PHP specialist programmer to do this for you.

Perhaps there is a member of the community who may be be able to explain how you can do this. I do not know the answer to this question.

Can you tell me where and what code to edit? I can probably do it with some direction.
