Thanks a lot now the site is up and running.
Now I'm trying an alternative to frontforus ...
Unfortunately I have now another issue. Trying to upgrade community builder to 1.9 following all the steps as an upgrade it happens always that there's a blank page at the url /administrator/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=finishinstallation
and the message
Warning: file /administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz still exists. This is probably due to the fact that first installation step did not complete, or second installation step did not take place. If you are sure that first step has been performed, you need to execute second installation step before using CB. You can do this now by clicking here: please click here to continue next and last installation step.

Please stay on topic. If you have a different question that is unrelated to the original topic, please start a new topic in the appropriate category. Better still, you will probably have quicker success asking about Commuity Builder installation/upgrade issues by asking in their forum at

As far as FrontForus is concerned, this is the latest information on this out-of-date product:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extensi...rum-extensions/13907
. For your information, the Kunena team is not involved with the people who designed and developed FrontForus.
From my searching on the topic, development of FrontForus seems to have stopped about 2 years ago with a version designed for K 1.6. K 1.6 is not supported by the Kunena team. This topic is now closed.
