Just a head's up, sh404sef pushed out a release on the 18th of September (3.6.0.1422) that advertised it was Kunena 2.x compatible.
It effectively breaks all Kunena 2.x menu types on it's default settings and makes the forum inaccessible from default menus.
Multiple users are reporting problems with it on the sh404sef support forums.

If you are considering upgrading to this latest version, please keep in mind that it may render your Kunena forum useless.
The only workaround that has been found to make the forum accessible again after upgrade to the latest version of sh404sef has been to set the URL processing setting (sh404sef - Configuration - By Component) for Kunena to Simple Encoding. It results in ugly URLs that are not SEO but, it gets things working again.
Hopefully they will push out an updated version soon.
