Question make visible profiles disappear

Dear people,

Comparing to all the other issues you have to solve day by day, my questions might seem very simple for you, but I still can't figure out how to solve it:
the first:
I have some users on my site, when they created their account, they had their profiles set to public. Now, they changed the profile preference to "only Friends"- view, but still all activities appears on the main page, even visible for unregistered visitors. Please, anyone of you know how I can change that setting? In order to give you a better idea of what I'm talking about, please check my site !

the second:
I'd love to change the name of the URL for my site from www.geldgefluester.com/index.php/de/jomsocial
to www.geldgefluester.com/index.php/de/VIPs . Please can you tell me, how can I manage this?

I do not know the answer to your first question (because I do not know anything about JomSocial).

We prefer people to create a separate topic for each different matter that they would like information about. I suggest, if you want an answer to your second question, either

(a) Search the forum for similarly-asked questions or look at the Wiki: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a good place to start; or

(b) Start a new topic in this category in the category Miscellaneous, off-topic and general Joomla category
