My question was moved to: Forum > Kunena User Contributions and Third-Party Options > Extensions, Modules, and Plugins > JomSocial
probably nobody will want to read this post. I have no hope of answer.
I believe that moderation does not understand my question. I don't have any problem with Jomsocial, my problem is with the Kunena! Is the Kunena that it is not showing the posts for users not logged in! I need posts with public access! I do not know the solution to this problem is simple or complex, because I do not know what the solution.
The situation about this topic makes me woried about Kunena support. In my point of view is more simple and util provide an answer than move a topic.

Privacy options for JomSocial have nothing to do with Kunena -- we do not have privacy options for users other than online status. JomSocial cannot change what users see in the forum itself, except if you have groups integration to allow users to create forums for their groups. In that case we follow privacy options from the groups -- in which case you should prevent users from creating anything else than public groups.
Activity stream is also controlled by JomSocial and we cannot override settings in it.

The origin of the problem is simple: cache. I don't know about the Kunena 2.0 cache, but when I was using 1.7 this situation was happening: some logged user post in a topic; all subscribed users was notified by e-mail; when this users go to the topic (not logged) they cant see the post because the Joomla Cache does not refresh the Kunena page when new post are included.
With this situation, I decide to turn off the Joomla Cache. This problem was solved, but, now, I have a performance problem to solve.

You mean System - Cache plugin? It was never meant to be used with dynamic content.
The plugins could work, though if you just enable caching for 2-5 minutes.

Now I tunned off all cache systems, including external caches like Varnish or Squid.
However, Im thinking about APC or e-Accelerator to make PHP run faster.
