Question Kunena Jomsocial Group Plugin not working correctly. No documentation available

I have configured Jomsocail and Kunena forum. The plugin is working to automatically create forums for each group created, but is bringing the group description in with broken tags. It is also not adding the discussions created in each group. See here: http://www. pilotincontrol .com/forum/index




Also, the forums show as "jomsocial" in the backend instead of "public". How can i set these to show to public like the rest of the categories?

In category description do you have put kunena bbcode? And when, during group creatin in Jomsocial or in Kunena category manager?

Because Jomsocial has created this group, it's showed like that, but in kunena you need to set a public access like for others categories.

Where do i change category description put kunena bbcode? Is that what i need to make it display correctly? Jomsocial automatically is bringing that category description when the group is created, but it isnt being displayed correctly.

How do i change it to "public" instead of "jomsocial"(for the ones jomsocial creates)?

I don't see any configuration to allow bbcode in category description

Just look in Kunena categories manager, here you can put the same bbocdes that you are using in kunena messages.

I think I maybe confusing you all... I have 3 issues: 1. Code showing in description. 2. not public when created by kunena jomsocial groups module. 3. not posting group discussions to the forum it created for each group. See below for more details.

1. When jomsocial groups are created the Kunena groups plugin creates a forum for the group... Which works. But, it is bringing the group description over which is showing pieces of code in it(see the image above). I realize I can change the description in the back-end, but should I have to "fix" the description for every group that the Kunena groups plugin creates from jomsocial?

2. When the Kunena groups plugin creates the group forum, it is not automatically set to public.

With the two above issues, I would have to manually change every single category that the Kunena jomsocial groups plugin creates... which would not be possible if the site starts to get popular(I plan on having a lot of groups). I would like it to bring the description over and make it public automatically(seems that everyone would want this functionality). If a group is set to "private" in jomsocial i would assume the forum would be set to private.

The other issue is this:

3. The plugin is successfully createing a forum when someone creates a jomsocial group... but, isnt the plugin also supposed to mirror the posts? I would assume that it should take all the group discussions and post them to the forum it created for the group. As you can see there have been discussions made, but they are not showing in Kunena.

Can anyone please help me with these issues, as knowing how to add BBcode is not a solution.
