Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi Guys,

Just moved my website to a test environment and performed the upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6. Everything worked like a charm but the upgrade has lost all of my users avatars. I get confirmation that '0' migrate attachments. IS this where is should be saying how many have been moved?





The folder media/kunena/avatars/users is empty. Is there a way of ftping the files over manually or does it have to be done through the installer? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

From what Kunena version do you have migrated and to which kunena version ?

Do you have something in the table jos_kunena_attachments ?

From version 1.5.4 to latest.

Yes there is 30 records in that table. What is that table for?

This table contains all attachments references

Do you have tried to upgrade to k1.5.13 and then to k1.6.2 or k1.6.3 ?

No I will try an upgrade to .5.13 and then the later see if that makes any difference...

Right still no luck Im afraid. Upgraded from .5.14 to 5.9 and everything was obviously fine. But as soon as I jump upto version 1.6 the migration won't bring through the avatars.

All permissions etc are writable to all media/avatar folder.

Any ideas!?
