Question Is this possible?

I have been looking for a couple of days and I don't seem to be able to find an answer. Being so new I may not have the knowledge to even frame the question correctly but here goes.

I have a Kunena forum and would like to provide members access to a certificate of membership when they reach a predefined number of posts. This certificate should include their name from their profile (auotopopulated in the form) and could either be downloaded from a place with member only access or emailed to them.

It seems to me I need to generate a form of some kind that pulls and displays their information from their login and number of posts but all I have been reading about in my research is "contact" forms or other types of input forms that use member input rather than "output" forms that can be downloaded, emailed, or printed using information from the database.

Is this possible ... and if so can it be explained in a simple way what I would need to do or the name of a plugin or extension that I can learn about to do this?

Kunena has posts field in #__kunena_users table, where you can find post count. Your extensions needs to fetch data from it.
