Question JomSocial not appearing right...

Hi there,

same issue for me.

When I post something directly in the forum the Jomsocial activty stream works fine but when I post something via Tapatalk I see the uppercase language strings in my activity stream.

I´m using Kunena 1.7.2 with Joomla 1.7.4, Jomsocial 2.4.2 (PHP 5.3.9). All related expressions are translated in the Kunena langauge strings and Tapatalk is working quiet fine.

Any suggestions?

G'day, Nobs. When I read "JomSocial not appearing right" I wondered what does this mean? Then I read the words "JomSocial Activity Stream" and - not knowing anything about JomSocial - I wondered if this topic might be related: [Merged topic]K 1.7.1 and Jomsocial Activity Stream ? There also seem to be several topics in this category relating to recent problems with the Jomsocial Activity Stream and Kunena and, because I don't know anything about JomSocial, I've steered clear of these things in case I made a total mess of them.

I would like to see something done about what appears to be a growing cause of concern and complaint about Kunena! Language translation strings are pretty easy to fix, if you know where to look. The trouble is, I don't know where to look to help you.

Do any other topics in this category answer the questions you've asked here?

I've certainly searched the forum here but the only related topic I've found is here.

The problem seems not Kunena with Jomsocial activity stream (everything works fine) but Kunena with Tapatalk and Jomsocial activity stream the described issues are appearing.

Do you have the latest version of Tapatalk?
