Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hello,
Could someone tell me if this is possible and how to do it?

I'm using JomSocial for profile/points and Kunena for the forum.

if user is in Kunena forum and needs to register to post they need to create an account. When they register I want them to complete the more detailed profile information that's set up in Jomsocial. How would I do this?

yes it is possible, do it through kunena config->intergration tab

select jomsocial for registration and profile

in jomsocial you may have to set some profile fields as "required" not "optional" or include in registration "tick"

What do you want added to the registration? Because that's all handled by JomSocial backend and not kunena. Also I think this might interest you: www.kunena.org/forum/11-jomsocial/71996-...-profile-integration
