Is there a 1.1 and 1.5 Feature Comparison anywhere?

there isn't a feature comparaison, but you can check the changelog, for 1.5.2RC there is :

joomfish support
SEF : use Joomla! 1.5 Router
Allow many attachments in one message (no GUI yet, use edit instead)

FYI - one of the biggest features is native 1.5 SEF

It might not sound like a lot but if you run Joomla 1.5.x and turn on SEF, Kunena 1.5.x will produce nice SEF URLs without the overhead of typical 3rd party SEF extensions. You get nice SEF even if you have a large forum.

Largest change is of course that you can turn legacy mode off. As a small side effect installation does not need manual steps on FTP mode and uploading files works without changing directory permissions.

Others are:
- SEF URLs
- JoomFish support (someone needs to make files for it, though)
- Multiple attachments (by edit, didn't have time to make GUI for it)
- Most known bugs in K1.0.10 fixed
- Installation is more robust
- Kunena detects some of the most common problems and warns administrator
