Kunena 6.3.5 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.5 [K 6.3.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
Note: Please go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated.

I am unable to add or add any Category & section on my Forum.

Every time I click of the Add or Edit button, it gets redirected to the main configuration page.

Please help.

Thank you, for reporting us this bug.


You are using a beta version, that is recommend "for testing" only environments.

If you want to use the forum on public site, please downgrade to the latest stable Kunena Version 1.0.10.

Which Kunena Version you are using? I just tested it with my local 1.5.1b and i had no problems.

Did you get any error message?

Works fine with me as well. I DID have the problem he describes, but not with 1.5b, but with 1.0.5RC...

Yes I am using a Beta version which I found out later. But cant help it. My site alrteady up and running with 150 memebers.

So I am using the manual link to add Category from backend with getting into codes at this point of time. index2.php?option=com_kunena&task=new

Can I move to a stable version with full backup?

Kunena 1.0 and 1.5 are compatible each other, so you can upgrade and downgrade between them and Kunena should still work (well, there are some bugs).
