Question Old: Kunena 1.5.0a Report bugs and Typos - Please open an own thread for reporting bug or typo

Sorry but this 'fix' will break when you turn off the legacy plugin. This is legacy code. I am looking into the bug right now to come up with a 1.5 native fix.

I don't have the Legacy plugin on (never have) and that fix works for me. But I'm glad you got a proper fix in the latest build. Thank you!

I have Kunena 1.5 installed in a non-production environment on Joomla 1.5.10. This afternoon I noticed that when I tried to add a new Category/Forum using the New Button I was directed back to the Kunena Control Panel. When hovered over the New Button has a path that ends in:
administrator/index2.php?option=com_kunena&task=showAdministration#

It will not let me add catogries/forums at all. This is using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0. Gecko/2009032609 Firefox/3.0.8.

I have not verified using IE or under Ubuntu yet as that requires a reboot... Will report back after additional testing.

The "Forum Search" bar doesn't work. It loads a new page with "No forums to search in".

It could be something I'm doing, but I can't find any parameters where I can set the search up.

I have the Kunena search plugin installed, so I can use the joomla search function to search the forum, but it would be nice if the forum search worked, as it is the 'obvious' search function.

From reading this forum, they have found this bug, and it will be fixed in the next release.
