Question can't open new Category

I have the same problem. Tried to find something in my PHP log file(s). Can't see anything yet. Doing some more tests and see if I can figure something out.

Update: I can't find anything in the PHP error log from Kunena.

i have the same problem!!! am using localhost server (Appserv) on my computer now i cant create ne Category

Having the same problem here. Has anyone found a solution for this?

Think I found the problem. The "New" button under "Forum Administration" points to:
index2.php?option=com_kunena&task=showAdministration#

If I manually enter this in the address bar it works:
index2.php?option=com_kunena&task=new

Haven't seen any workaround or fix for this yet.

Does anyone know where you can download the previous version, 1.5.8?

Can people please be spesific about witch Kunena version they are talking about? The starter of this thread are talking about Kunena 1.5.0 alpha.

I don't know if it is possible to downgrade from 1.5.0a or 1.0.9 to 1.0.8. If the new versions have any change in the database structure you can't. Then you probably have to drop your tables related to Kunena and do a clean install.

Joomlarus: If you need a forum up and running today for a live site, you should NOT use Kunena 1.5.0 alpha, this version is only for testing purpose.
