Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I've been looking for a Persian language translation of Kunena and found a few older posts about this:

The file here only seems to have a .ini file and not a full installation one. As somewhat of a newbie to this, can I just install the English language version and then move this Persian .ini file somewhere into the relevant folder and get that to work? Or do I need to find a full persian installation pack somewhere?
