Question error when installing

hello im needing some help i am trying to install kunena forum on my website but each time I try I get this error. I am currently using 
helix ultimate template.

I dont have a clue whats going on but I have never had this issue in the past.

I have also tried installing online and when it trys to install it fails saying Finder plug-in.

Just with the info that you installed Helix Ultimate, we can't do much. Please give us more info. Have you tried to install Kunena 6.0? It seems that you have tried an incorrect upgrade or migration. Please let us know which Kunena version you had installed before and which version you want to install now.
And I don't understand why Joomgallery keeps appearing in your reported message which has nothing to do with Kunena.

sorry my mistake I should of included the information in the past I have had the forum installed which I uninstalled about a year ago. I am now trying to install 5.2.7 on joomla 3.10.4. I dont know if this would help but I am also having other issues with a different component Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. which only started when I upgraded joomla from 3.9 to 3.10. I am using a dedicated server which I installed myself with is currently running php 7.4.
I cant really give any other information that I can think off so if there is any other information you need let me know.

It seems to have something to do with the server settings. This is not my area of expertise, but maybe you can find a solution here:  stackoverflow.com/questions/1846882/open...in-the-allowed-paths

I cant really give any other information that I can think off so if there is any other information you need let me know.

1. Do you want to update your old forum including all content? Then it would be important to know which version you had installed a year ago. Because it makes a difference from which version you try to upgrade.
2. Are the old kunena tables still present in the database?
3. Or do you want a completely new forum?

But I think first you should fix this warning: Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect.

All tables have been cleared from the database, I have fixed the issue with component Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. 

All I want is a fresh install. I have checked the folders within the website and Kunena had been uninstalled and deleted when I removed it in the past. I dont remember which verson was installed as it was along time ago and at the time I had no plans on adding it back on my website as it was not being used at the time but my website now has a large following and a forum is what my users are asking for.

Ok so I done a separate fresh install with joomla and tried installing Kunena as a test and again same issue with the download zip file so I tried installing from the web app in joomla and installed perfect so I am going to try this on my website and see if this will install it.

I'm getting the same error, is there a fix for this? Tried it on multiple sites, same error
