Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I also noticed that polls and emoticons also did not work.
On this forum, I can use quick reply but the reply button does not work as soon as you attempt to hit submit it says it can not save since no subject. Attempting to create a new submit produces the same error.

I think cometchat is the issue, could you disable it on new topic page.

it will not allow me to disable on new topic page so I attempted to disabled it temporarily and that does not appear to be working. I just noticed they released a new version while we were working on this, so let me go back, install that and see if it fixes the problem.

I have upgraded to CometChat 6.2.1 and same problems, so disabled cometchat and still same problems.

If anyone else is experiencing this problem and uses Community Builder along with Community Builder Paid Subscriptions, upgrading to the latest released options (released today 11-17-16) fixes the conflict. Upgrading another component triggered the css conflict but upgrading the Community Builder component and plugins corrected the problems. Moderators can mark this question as solved. Thanks.
