Question blank screen frontend... mootools?!

Hi,

seit dem Update auf Kunena hab ich auf einmal das Problem, dass ab und an - leider sehr häufig die Startseite mit einem Blankscreen (leere Seite) angezeigt wird.

jemand eine idee woran das liegen könnte?


und muß ich dauerhaft das mootools-upgrade plugin "aktiviert" laßen? hab es nun versucht nach 2 Tagen wieder auszuschalten, da kommt dann wieder die Meldung "alte mootools version"........

danke vielmals, ich hoffe ich lös bald alles - momentan hat mir das upgrade nur jede menge probleme gebracht und arbeit... :S

das Upgradeplugin muß nicht aktiviert sein, Kunena läd dies beim Start automatisch nach.

Welche Startseite meinst Du ? Die Deiner Seite oder die Startseite des Forums ?

Welche Versionen (Kunena, Joomla) nutzt Du?, von wem oder was hast Du auf Kunena upgedatet ?

also, die "leere" Seite tritt mittlerweile überall mal auf.
erst seit dem upgrade zu 1.6 - von 1.5.12 (letzte kunena 1.5 version)

disable ich das plugin bekomm ich diese meldung:

- mittlerweile verliere ich besucher wegen diesem grund - ich bin schon etwas angefressen. Von der Zeit die es kostet mal abgesehen...

Fehler, die auf Mootools zurückzuführen sind, wirken sich in kunena aus, haben aber ursächlich mit

• veralteten plugins
• inkompatiblen Themes
• fehlerhaften Menüeinträgen

zu tun. Dies kann man den Beiträgen entnehmen, die dieses Thema hier anschneiden. Ist zumindest eine Annahme von mir.

Ich würde erst das Kunenaupdate nochmal installieren, um Installationsfehler auszuschließen. Dann würde ich das Menü gemäß dieser Anleitung erstellen. Wenn das Problem dann noch da ist, würde ich alle Plugins deaktivieren und testen, ob Kunena funktioniert. Wenn ja, eins nach dem Anderen aktivieren und zwischendurch testen, ob alles funktioniert. So kannst Du den Fehler eingrenzen.

Hast Du das mod_kuenalastest 1.x auf der Startseite?
Wenn ja deaktiviere es um zu testen, bei mir machte dies auch probleme ich habe nun "Kunena Latest 1.6.0-RC2" installiert.
