ok, then check that Kunena - Joomla Integration and Kunena - Kunena Integration are enabled.

backend - kunena- plugins

and check also the options on that plugins.
Try also clear cache.

You have the Community Builder installed. It seems, there is a bug.
If you use the Joomla registration, then go in backen to Kunena -> Plugins -> Kunena - Community Builder Integration and disable the cb login.
If you use CB registration, then go in backent to the Community Builder configuration -> tab Registration and choose the option "Yes, independent of CMS "allow registration"

But you have also anothher problem. The 404 error has nothing to do with Kunena. The link to Communitty Builder "cb-forgot-login" is correct. Check your community builder options.

I think, users in the Joomla forum can better help you. This problem has nothing to do with Kunena. Kunena has no own login, it linked only to the login form of Joomla (or CB when you use).
