I am using a Windows 10 PC and Firefox. I also have Chrome and Edge but some of the other posts said those don't fix the failed download. I can send you a PM with my email to send me the file by email, but I don't want to post my email on the forum thread.

I installed the Blue Eagle 5 template. I will test out the template configs and options during the week.

1) Is there an online user manual or help docs for the Blue Eagle 5 template that explains some of the configs/options settings?

2) I had Joomla banners that displayed on my old Kunena forum (prior to version 4) in between my Kunena Sections, Categories, and Topics. The banners don't display with K5 and Blue Eagle 5. Here is a screenshot of the old module positions for those banners. Can you tell me what the new module positions are in K5 with Blue Eagle 5?
