Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I have recently updated to Kunena 5 and I have issues with with categories, no matter how I tweek the settings I have no category or child category icons, I have removed all overriding css in my Joomla template CSS, there seems to be an issue with fontawesome icons and glyphs on various parts of the forum also.

I also have an issue with announcements in that it was working fine and then all of a sudden disappeared for now apparent reason, I can see it is trying to load on refresh however.

I have tested in different browsers and I get the same problems, any help appreciated.

I still have this issue although the announcement problem seems to have fixed its self somehow.

This update is right balls up tbh and there is little info coming from the devs :(

I think you closed the announcement, then its hidden.

You can see the announcement back, when there is a new announcement, or clear browser cache/ edit profile click on clear cache

No all of the announcement settings were set to show it but no matter its working now so no biggy, I am more interested in getting my category images working tbh.
