Hi,  I changed my main password to my Joomla website.   Is that the reason I cannot log into my Kunena Account now?  I also tried using my old Joomla password to log into Kunena.   I assume Kunena and Joomla's passwords are the same?    When I click forgot password or forgot user name I'm never sent an email that Kunena says it's going to send.

This has nothing to do with Kunena. Kunena does not have its own registration, nor its own passwords. The registration as well as the change of the password takes place exclusively via Joomla. Users who are registered in Joomla are automatically also Kunena users and if the password is forgotten, the mail is sent by Joomla.

I can login when in the administrator but can't when I'm in the "community forum login"?

You need to fix your menus. Incorrectly configured menu items always lead to errors. You have moved the most important menu item to the main menu.
1. make a backup of your database.
3. delete the menu items marked in red (then also from the trash).
2. move the menu item with the blue frame to the Kunena menu, which is the parent (root) for the Kunena menu items and choose the landing page ( see here ).
4. publish the correct menu item again (outlined in green) and choose in the options (tab Details) the menu item Community Forum ( see also here ).

Thanks for your feedback Rich,
What menu have I moved? Is this in the Joomla Administrator/Kuenea/Menus? or do I have to go into the database using phpMyAdmin. Please be a little more specific as I exactly I need to do as I'm not following.

The easiest way would be to create all Kunena menu items new.

Go to the backend and:
1. Trash all existing menus and menu items that relate to your Kunena forum.
2. Empty the menu trash.
3. Use the Kunena Dashboard: Tools -> Menu Manager -> Restore Kunena Menu facility.
4. Publish the menu item created for you in your top-level/main menu.

docs.kunena.org/en/faq/kunena-menu

These steps removes also your customized menu items like Questions about Lindy Alerts?, you must create manually these again.

Thanks Rich!    This worked beautifully.   Thanks again for making it easy for me to understand and fix.
