The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
I'm using Kunena Ver. 5.1.19. I've got problems with topic subscriptions. At least on my site, it
seems that only each user can unsubscribe from topics they have subscribed to. Is there a way for an administrator to do so?

There are 2 possibilities. You can subscribe a topic or category. If you have subscribed a category, it's not possible to unsubscribe a single topic in this category.
Go in the backend to Kunena -> Users. Mark the certain user(s) and on top you have the buttons to unsubscribe.
