You have a trouble with your Kunena menu items. You have created 3 menu items "Kunena Forum » Home Page". But this is the main menu item and should not exist more than once. Furthermore you use Kunena menu items in other menus. That can generate errors too. Links of other menus, which are linked to the forum, must be Menu Item Type = Menu Item Alias.
