The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.1 [K 6.1.1] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x/4.3.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1.0 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.1
Is it possible the first 3 5 or 10 posts of a new member to need approval ?
So no bots or idiots can post ?
If a new member posts a few normal posts after will be free to post with out approval.

You can also use the option "Moderate New Users"
Configuration -> tab Security -> Moderate New Users - enter a number of posts
With this option must a moderator approve and public the posts.
