I am trying to set up the forum to allow Guests to post but they should be moderated the first time they post. I am have a few issues and have some questions:
Does Post mean reply to an existing topic or create a topic? What is the difference and are there different settings for each?
I have set up a moderator for the category and I have a valid email in the configuration>Forum E-mail Address, but I have not received a notification of a post for approval. (2 different email addresses)
In my Config>Security Allow Guests to Post/Write=yes; Moderate Guests=yes; Moderate New Users=1;E-mail Moderators=All New Posts
In the Category> User Groups Allowed To Post=Public; User Groups Allowed To Reply=Public
Category Settings>Review posts=No
What am I doing wrong?

Also, at different times I am getting the following error:

Those email addresses are Super Users and I don't know why, but one of them is cut short (but it is complete in the user file)
