Kunena 6.1.3.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.3.2 [K 6.1.3] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x/4.3.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1.0 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.1

I've searched high and low, but haven't been able to solve this one: every post I (or others) make in my forum takes at least half an hour to even show in the forum. This, of course, makes things tricky then there's a popular thread, because people may be answering "outdated" information.

Is there a setting that influence this? If so, there can I find it?

check that browser cache plugin is disabled. Also check joomla cache settings. If you have a forum like kunena, you don't need progressive caching.
