Solved ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on two links from the forum

I am building a new version of my site, so I upgraded Kunena to 4.0.7 on the live site, then I installed Kunena 4.0.7 on my localhost (XAMPP). I then dropped the kunena db tables and imported the ones from the live site so I can maintain topics, categories, etc.

Everything works except that I now have 2 linked items that throws this error:

Web Page Not Available ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The two items are:

1. MyTopics
2. and one single category (the rest of them work, excerpt one).

The URLs are correct though for both. Any idea how this can be fixed and/what caused this?

One side note...I can access the "last Post" of that category, which is odd, but I just cannot get into the category itself.
