Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I am coding a major upgrade to site. Everything else is done except Kunena layout where I'm using now Kunena 4.x with Crypsis template. I have read that there's going to be changes on Kunena 5.x templates. I'm wondering that should I wait now for Kunena 5.x release when it's pretty close to be released or is it "safe" to modify Crypsis template at Kunena 4.x without worrying that I need to do all template changes again when Kunena 5.x is released?
