Solved Table Template

I'm trying to construct a table template in Kunena that i can give to my users for easy completion. That is a way they would be able to fill in text into the table easily. This seems difficult now with all the table codes that are confusing to most average users. I'd appreciate help with this.

Here is a beginning table i created with two columns and 2 rows.

How can i add a line break under the title What's Missing From My Job AND how can i keep the table to 2 columns and add more lines?

Yes, you can put borders around tables (and/or cells) with CSS but, if you do, you will put borders around all tables and/or cells everywhere they appear in your forum.
