Yes, you can,

1) change all menu items on kunenamenu to "English"
2) copy all menu items to new menu like kunenamenu2
3) Change all menu items to French
4) Change all menu titles
5) Link the menu items to each other

But when I try to change the langage in one menu item, I have just two possibilities "all languages" or "English (UK)".
It seems to not have French language or other

Then you haven't installed extra languages on joomla.

go to extensions - language manager - install language.

Choose the languages that you want.

When complete install the kunena language pack (download is on the download page).

Then you have more options.

French was a example off a language.

The Kunena language pack installed automatically all languages which already are installed in Joomla. You need the languages in Joomla first.
