I've tried messing around with the "Avatars" tab in config but it doesn't seem to change anything, no matter what image I upload. For some reason my image looks fine on another kunena forum but not mine.

Anyone know what settings I could use? Or perhaps I have to go into kunena's files or something...

Please help! Thanks!

Still the same quality. :( Also my images are pngs.

EDIT: It also seems like this forum does it as well...

So nobody can fix this? Alright! Thanks. I'll just stick to bad quality images.

you can try the switching "Avatar Resize Method" setting. then upload the image again, after test each setting.

The image looks the same regardless of which "Avatar Resize Method" I use. I'm assuming the website that doesn't mess up my avatar edited the uploading/resizing code. :'(

How big is the original? Change the size before upload.
Here a example:

The first avatar before upload 452 x 533 px
the second avatar before upload 122 x 144 px

You see the difference

I use the same image for all websites/forums. This is the first time I've had this problem. The image size is 513 x 480. The image looks normal on my profile, but when it comes to posts, it looks really poor. I tried reducing by 50%, but nothing really changes.
But reducing it to %75 actually fixed it and it looks perfect on my posts now!

I don't think users should have to reduce their image size to get good quality...
I'm assuming the problem here is that the forum is enlarging images or something? Is there some way I can fix this?
