Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Karma points: Identify who gives minus points was created by Kotsolis
We have a user in our forum who is trolling and gives minus points to a specific user.

Can I identify who is that user? Is there a way to check this through Admin panel or mysql?

The short answer to your question (can you see who gives +/- "karma") is no.

We have had this discussion before: see How do I limit the Karma points users can give... /

Karma has been removed or disabled in K 4.0.

As background: see The Good, The Bad and The Karma .

Now, how about you upgrade to K 4.0.3 ... and disable karma? :dry:
