Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Question How to Change the Top Level Category Tag from H1 to H2

How to Change the Top Level Category Tag from H1 to H2 was created by Rollmodl
Hello. I noticed that the top-level category names are H1 tags, which isn't ideal for SEO when there are multiple top-level categories. Is there a way to change this class to H2 tags?

Hi Rollmodl,
Follow below steps to change the heading tag.
- Step 1. Create the override folder in your joomla template. ([root]/templates/[your_joomla_template]/html/com_kunena/layouts/category/index/".
- Step 2. Copy the default.php file from "[root]/components/com_kunena/template/aurelia/layouts/category/index/" folder to the folder you just created in Joomla template.
- Step 3. Open the default.php file and search <h1> tag. Change to <h2>. Save and reload your forum.
Note: The reason you need to overwrite in the Joomla template is so you won't lose your edits when you reinstall Kunena components.
