Kunena 6.4.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.8 [K 6.4.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

To begin, I'm fully aware 7.0 is an RC and not a stable release but I have some newbie questions. 

1. When I attempt to edit any of the CSS files templates >> select Aurelia >> edit css >> select any css file >>click edit css I see the following. I don't know if this is just because it's an RC or is the issue on my end somewhere?An error has occurred.

Next question. 
I purchased a premium template knowing it didnt say it would work 7.0RC but I had hopes it would just work. It won't let me install due to version I'm compatability. I reached out and was told that it will support 7.0 stable so is there a guesstimate in when we will see a stable release?

I would make a donation but I don't think I can do a monthly commitment. I tried a paid forum extension and hated it so I dont mind putting that money towards kunena instead.

1. Thank you for discovering this CSS error. I have added it to our bug list.

2. I can't comment on your Kunena template as I don't even know which one it is. If it is one from 9themestore, it is likely that it will be adapted to K7.0 (as you have been informed).
But it is not possible to say exactly when Stable K7.0 will be released, but work is underway.

3. I can no longer find the donation button, so I will have to enquire about that.

Hello,

There is a donation button by using PayPal in the bottom of annoncement of each Kunena version like for K7.0 RC2 : www.kunena.org/forum/76-Official-Announc...ors-needed-to-update but it doesn't open the link to PayPal
