Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

I want to have google crawl my website to improve SEO.    I use the Kunena Discuss plugin along with Joomla 5.x     Do I need to create a site map for both Kunena and Joomla 5, or will just a Joomla 5 site map be ok?     Does anyone have any suggestions for creating a site map and/or should I get a Joomla Extension to create the site map.  Some are free, and some are paid.    Does anyone have experience with the SEO extensions?
What leads me to redo my site's search ranking is that I've made major changes to the site (basically rebuilt it) URL has remained the same but I've changed the Host from GoDaddy to CloudAccess and now some pages come up fine and others  I get the following message:

The requested page can't be found....An error has occurred while processing your request. You may not be able to visit this page because of:
  • an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
  • mistyped address
  • a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
  • you have no access to this page
It's a 404 error

Unfortunately Google has an 'iron memory', so it takes quite a long time for older pages to disappear from search results, and there is little you can do about it. All you can do is redirect these 404 pages to the correct page using the Joomla Redirect Manager. It is always a good idea to upload a sitemap to Google Search Console. I use the free Joomla sitemap extension OSMap.
