Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hello, For some time now,
  1. I get this error message when I try to run a diagnostic in the Kunena tools: An error has occurred. 1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8mb4_general_ci, IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_unicode_ci, IMPLICIT) for operation '='
  2. RESOLVED - Second issue, when saving a profile, I get the message "Unknown column 'x_social' in 'SET'" and no data is saved. I have modified twitter to x_social in phpmyadmin and ADD bsky_app column

    Could they be related? how can I resolve this 2 1 thing ?

Can you post a configuration report? I think there  is a problem with the collation of your database tables. The fact that you mentionned also that you couldn't save user profiles due to missing columns indicates that you didn't go to Kunena Dashboard after updating your (earlier) Kunena versions.
