Kunena 6.3.7 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.7 [K 6.3.7] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
Note: Please go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated.
Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the
download
page.
If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. Hi, i have made a new user via joomla backend with registered right, but I can't make a new top.

I think you made a mistake when setting the permissions categories
And you apparently don't have Kunena example data installed otherwise it might already be clear

then it is better to choose access level for all category and forum parts

JUst did that, no success 
This is the error: 403 Forbidden : U heeft geen toestemming om een nieuw onderwerp te starten! Of u heeft niet een eerste niveau categorie gemaakt/gepubliceerd!

It may be that you have not set the kunena main form and the categories to publish?
