Kunena 6.1.3.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.3.2 [K 6.1.3] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x/4.3.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1.0 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.1

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Question This message contains secure information

I administer a club website that uses kunena forum.

Recently one of the registered users made a post and I responded.  Several days later it was noticed that the origonal post was replaced with "This message contains secure information"  Users could only see this text but admins could see both this and, in a box, the origonal post.

Any idea what is going on here? (I put the red highlight on and redacted names)

It seems that the user has edited this message and copied the text into the private message field. If the field for the normal message remains empty, this message appears.

Mm, not convinced.

This is not how the message originally appeared when I answered it and I can find no evidence of a PM that would change the format of the original message. The original poster is in his late seventies and my experience of those in our club within this demographic is they can barely use the basic functionallity so highly doubtful the original poster has done anything to change how his message appears.

However, just in case this is the what has happened I have disabled the PM function within our club forum. We have no real use for it.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my query.
