Kunena 6.1.3.2 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.3.2 [K 6.1.3] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x/4.3.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1.0 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.1

not sure which one you want to disable but you could have a look whether it can be done in the kunena template at the bbcode tab.
And have you checked at kunena tools Diagnostics if everything is okay?
And do you also have the problem if you use the default template of joomla instead of helix ?
