Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

I have a site that originally had category subscriptions enabled. We now limit subscriptions to topics only based on user feedback.

Unfortunately, the older category subscriptions, even though now disabled, still send out notification emails. Is there a way to administratively eliminate all of the existing category subscriptions? Even if it needs to be done in the database, that would be a solution.

Second, in light of all the various anti-spam laws coming online, is there way for the notification email to have the required unsubscribe link, and provide a page that gives an easy way for a user to unsubscribe from any or all subscriptions?

Go in the backend to Kunena -> Users. Mark all users and click on top the button "Remove all category subscriptions". Users can unsubscribe the abos in their profile (tab) Subscribe.

Thanks! I'll see if I can make that work. I didn't think I could select more than one page of users, and I have about 12,000

12,000 is an extremely high number, I didn't know that. In this case I'm afraid that the page will freeze. At least, it will take quite a long time for the whole list to be opened.
Create a database backup please before you try it.
