I am working on new version of our website and I am not sure which problem appears. After installing latest forum version all was working. And today I found out that non of the forum links is working. I can suspect, this happen after installing falang plugin. But I am not 100% sure.

Would this be the issue? How to fix the problem? Any tips, please.

BTW. Forum was configured from beginning only for logged-in users. Fore testing I wanted to grant access to Guests.... but no way to force this setting. I can get access only after log-in.

Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Manage and disable it. So you see quickly if this extension causes the problem.
