Question Message preview tooltip doesn't include linked text

I think there's a bug in the tooltip message preview. I posted a message that starts with the following text:

I think it's always been in Kunena. It is not a bug it is a feature

Definitely a bug! Features can be turned on or off in most cases. There's no way to control this erratic behavior.
