Kunena 6.1.0 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.0 [K 6.1.0] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x & J! 4.2.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.0 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 6.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Hi, IN the Crypsisb3 editor the video button opens a modal popup, but it not insert the bbcode. If insert the bbcode manually it works. In the following example I inserted succesfully a vimeo video. Kunena shows perfectly the video. So I think it should be an editor issue. What is the file I must edit? See the example here: Ideeperilgiglio

I can't reproduce this issue. Is it only with videos or also if you want enter a link?
Could be a conflict with a script. Your link to the video is not informative, I haven't no access to the editor with it

Thanks to your interesting in this issue. I try to describe unless I have to make a video about it. When I copy a vimeo or youtube sharing link I go to the kunena editor and I write a message to post in the forum. When I want to insert a video I click on the video icon and the modal window opens. In the video modal window there is ONLY the link and not the word to write the link into. I click ok and nothing appens. No vieo link with bbcode is written in the message. If I repeat the procedure in the Joomspirit template, the video modal window is opened with TWO fields to compile. The first is a word and the second is the link. After the ok button I have the video online. Please notice that the video that is in the main message link is the Crypsisb3 template with the bbcode compiled by me: [video ....... /video]. Thanks for your patience.

In the video modal window there is ONLY the link and not the word to write the link into. I click ok and nothing appens. No vieo link with bbcode is written in the message. If I repeat the procedure in the Joomspirit template, the video modal window is opened with TWO fields to compile.

If you click on the video symbol there are two options to select. Provider or Video. If you choose "Video" I have also only this one field for the url. You see this also here on k.org. So is the problem, that the url no get to the editor text field if you click on Ok. That's why I thought, there is a script conflict.

So I think it should be an editor issue. What is the file I must edit?

I'm not a developer, but you can check the files in "/libraries/kunena/bbcode/"
