If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Question "Trash Messages" doesn't seem to be working

I have a spammer that I banned; however, I cannot trash those messages. I select the banned user and then click "Trash Messages" - and I get the message "User's messages trashed successfully" but when I go to the frontend, I still see all of those spam posts. What am I doing wrong?

Admins and Global Moderators can see also trashed messages in the frontend if is select this option in the configuration. I don't know your Kunena template, but trashed messages should have another color in the frontend. If you have trashed the messages, then check afterwards if the messages are in the trash.
