I got the same issue on the another webpage.
I have set in Joomla Global Configuration (tab Server) the Error Reporting to Maximum and choised in the Kunena configuration the Debug Mode. But this solutions giving me '' { } " in the error log.

Any suggestions ?

ok, I see that was wrong collation on my another webpage. I have fixed it and now works fine. But problems with error log still exist. There is no content in error log , just '' { } ''

Retroactively, the error is no longer entered. It is only entered if the error occurs and at the same time debug mode is on.
