Kunena 6.2.6 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.6 [K 6.2.6] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

I found some brief discussion of this a while back, but I can't see if there was any conclusion to it. Our forum is moving to a subscription model where most of the forum categories are only for paid members. There are still some categories that are for the use of registered users who are not paying for membership.

However, it is difficult to sell the idea of membership when it isn't clear what visitors are missing.

Is there a way of making it so that all categories are shown in the index to all visitors, but if they are not of a certain access level then they won't be able to access the threads?

I'm sure this would be really useful for your own forum. The first time I visited i couldn't find anywhere to ask for support on Blue Eagle template, as it looks like that category doesn't exist. It was only when i logged in I realised the category did exist!

for security we don't support that.
What we support, is all user can read the first message, and if you are login you will see the answers. But not on access level.
