Kunena 6.1.3.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.1.3.2 [K 6.1.3] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.2.x/4.3.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1.0 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.1

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Question Placing a message on the registration form

I was hoping there is a way to put my own personal message somewhere on the page where people go to register an account. I want to make it quite clear before people register that an administrator will be manually activating people's accounts.

Create a “custom” module with whatever content you like, and set it to appear in the main top position (depends on what your template calls that position) and set it to only appear on the registration page.

Yeah, that's actually the first thing I thought about doing. However, when you come to find the registration page in the menu assignment section of custom modules there is nothing relating to a registration page.

Try creating a hidden but public menu and one of the items is “registration page”. Then place your module there. Folks don’t need direct access to the page, but the module should show when they are redirected by the system.

I don't know, which register form you use. Kunena has no own register form (it redirects only to your Joomla login form).
You can easy to add your own text in your existing login form.
Example with the default Joomla login form:
Create a lanuage override.

Search keyword = User Registration
my search result is (amongst others) also COM_USERS_REGISTRATION_DEFAULT_LABEL
Enter your additional text in the search result as html and save it. (You can also to enter a link to your rules page if you want).
My result (see image)

Sorry, whereabouts are you searching? I'm assuming it's in your cPanel?

If you create a language override, you have a search option on right (Backend -> Extensions -> Language(s) -> Overrides -> New" docs.kunena.org/en/languages/language-overrides
Enter the keywords User Registration
